Our home’s 26-year-old roof, along with the roof on a small outbuilding, needed replacing. We hired Luis and his team to do the job and we couldn’t be happier. 

They worked from sunrise to sunset 4 days in a row, used quality materials, did professional work, were respectful of us, our space, home and property, and after completing the work they did a fantastic job cleaning everything up — replacing an old roof is messy business! 

While up on our roof Luis found rotted wood around one of our chimney chases. Instead of just telling us about it so we could add it to our list of needed home projects, he repaired it for us — completely removing the rotted wood and replacing with new. He even painted it while he was up there!

My roof had what I hoped was just a small leak, but it turned out I needed the whole thing replaced. Luis came out and did a thorough inspection of the roof and in my attic and took pictures and video. He also put a temporary cover over my leak to prevent further damage. I got a second bid and the other company only spent a few minutes on my roof and declined to go into the attic. They also determined that I needed a new roof, but they certainly weren’t as thorough. I decided to go with Capital Roofing and Construction and they came out the next week and finished my roof just in time for Christmas. I would highly recommend them!
